1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between dona55 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who registers, accesses or uses the dona55 platform, including all games, features, payment functions and any associated mobile applications.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on dona55 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are your own and have not been obtained through any fraudulent or illegal means. Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or using stolen card details, constitutes fraud and will be reported.

• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by players without valid cause may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at dona55 are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your deposit, or to a verified account registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Before a withdrawal is processed, your account must have passed identity verification. This is a standard procedure designed to protect players and prevent fraud. Verification typically requires a government-issued ID and may require proof of payment method.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

• All bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

7 Gameplay Rules

9 Prohibited Activity

10 Account Suspension & Closure

dona55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reason to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players or third parties.

In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed terms violation, any balance remaining — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to player misconduct, any genuine balance will be returned to the player through the original payment method after verification.

Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Limitation of Liability

dona55 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, errors or technical issues at all times.

• dona55 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

12 Changes to These Terms

dona55 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
